I offer program evaluation, applied research, and capacity-building services for youth development and education organizations. As a program evaluation consultant based in Minnesota, I help nonprofits measure outcomes, strengthen programs, and use data effectively.

This can include developing measurement tools, creating learning agendas, facilitating reflections processes, or coaching staff on how to interpret and use data in everyday decision-making.

    The goal is not just to complete a project, but to leave organizations better equipped to learn and adapt over time.
