Let’s Partner

I offer program evaluation, applied research, and capacity-building services for youth development and education organizations. As a program evaluation consultant based in Minnesota, I help nonprofits measure outcomes, strengthen programs, and use data effectively.

  • Understand what’s working, why it matters, and how to strengthen your work.

I partner with organizations to design and carry out evaluations that are practical, useful, and grounded in real-world contexts. Together, we identify meaningful questions, gather and analyze data, and translate findings into clear insights that inform decision-making.

Evaluations can support program improvement, strategic planning, reporting to funders, or understanding impact over time.

    Support may include:

    • Evaluation design and planning

    • Logic models and theories of change

    • Qualitative and quantitative data collection

    • Analysis and synthesis

    • Facilitated sensemaking and reflection

    • Action planning and learning briefs

    • Clear reports tailored to multiple audiences

  • Collaborative research that connects rigorous methods with real-world application.

I collaborate with nonprofits, foundations, and applied research organizations to design and carry out studies that generate credible, actionable knowledge. This may include study design, instrument development, mixed-methods data collection and analysis, or translating findings into accessible reports and tools.

I am especially interested in research that helps organizations better support young people, families, and communities.

    Support may include:

    • Research design and methodology support

    • Qualitative and quantitative analysis

    • Literature reviews and evidence scans

    • Report and scholarly writing

  • Helping teams build the skills, tools, and confidence to use data and learning in their work.

I work alongside teams to strengthen their internal capacity for evaluation, learning, and continuous improvement. This can include developing measurement tools, creating learning agendas, facilitating reflections processes, or coaching staff on how to interpret and use data in everyday decision-making.

The goal is not just to complete a project, but to leave organizations better equipped to learn and adapt over time.

    Support may include:

    • Staff workshops and training

    • Coaching for program or evaluation staff

    • Internal templates and toolkits

    • Evaluation planning tools

    • Support integrating evaluation into program practice
